Altes Rathaus Hahnenklee

Our five-day room booking was cancelled halfway through on the day we were due to arrive. Unbelievable, especially since it happened just two hours before arrival. Because the cancellation meant we had no stay to review, I can only comment on the service, and that won't be a positive review. We still haven't got our deposit back. It's only been a little over a week, but the owner refuses to refund it.

The location is fantastic, and the kitchen and bathroom were fine. But a single room had been rented to us as a double, so there was only one of everything. We also had to vacuum the sofa bed, and the floor and furnishings hadn't been cleaned in a while.

The old town hall has a lot of charm, and the entrance is set up like a library. There were books to read for anyone who hadn't brought one. My husband and I are very satisfied overall 👍 We rented several apartments for the whole family, all beautifully and modernly furnished with everything we could want. We spent a few lovely days there, though sadly without snow. We'd definitely come back.

The apartment is very central, with plenty of parking available, and it was a lovely, clean place to stay. There were a few small gaps in the furnishings: just two towels for five people, one wine glass, and we had to collect enough chairs ourselves.
