This was our first order, and unfortunately it will be our last. The food arrived nearly cold, very salty, and really dry. The portions felt more like a lunch special than a main meal, and two of us still weren't full after having one each. We paid €27.50 with delivery, which is nowhere near worth it for that amount.

The food showed up hot and tasted absolutely delicious, thank you! We had to call first because our online voucher hadn't been applied, but they explained it was fine to cancel that order and place it again with the voucher included. It's rare to get such good service. Keep it up!

With the drought and heat, we couldn't grill at the campsite, so we had food delivered instead. Everyone loved it. We all got fried noodles with duck, and it was really good. It arrived so quickly, too. Super delicious, highly recommended, and we'd order it again!

We won't be staying here again. After checking in and paying at midday, we went to Goslar, where I broke my ankle. Back at the accommodation that evening, I couldn't get to the room because the only way up was a steep staircase. They wouldn't refund the stay, or even the breakfast we missed. We were also told there was a €10 fee for paying by credit card. Not worth it.

The hosts are very friendly, the food is excellent, and breakfast was generous and tasty. The guesthouse itself is fine if you aren't expecting much. Getting around by public transport is the weak spot. Goslar should improve the bus service to draw more tourists and help support the guesthouse.
