Bergrauschen - Waldbude

There’s plenty of parking, and several lovely hiking paths start nearby. The apartments are modern and beautiful, in a peaceful spot right beside the Harz Okertal forest.

We had a great experience with the lovely owners. They answered our questions quickly, and the holiday apartment itself was wonderful, lovingly furnished, very clean, and stocked with everything we could need 😉. It’s in a quiet spot, ideal for setting off on a hike right from the doorstep, with lots of other destinations close by. Absolutely recommend it. We’ll definitely come back!!!

The beds were comfortable and everything was spotless. We worked during the day with the window open, listening to birds, and took our lunch break in the little garden. It’s so peaceful, right by the forest, and in the evening we could head straight out onto several fantastic hiking and cycling trails without driving anywhere. A perfect workday! 👍🏻 We’ll be back for a proper holiday.

Tim and Sabrina have put a lot of care into furnishing the Waldloft, and even left useful basics like salt, pepper, oil, and coffee pods. We stayed there for one night while attending a wedding and felt very comfortable. I’d recommend the apartment for a visit to Goslar/Harz.
