Three nights went perfectly. The hotel boss was lovely, the staff friendly, and breakfast was good with plenty to eat. For this category, it’s the best small hotel we’ve ever stayed in. There’s an NP supermarket about a three-minute walk away, and a nice natural-surface jogging route along the Innerste starts right across the B3 traffic lights, heading south. In spring and summer there’s also a pleasant outdoor seating area.

Could there be a new "boss" running the place? The bread rolls were stale and breakfast was worthless. The person we dealt with was rude and insolent. Neither of our two single rooms had been cleaned, and the beds weren't made. We were also required to pay the full amount a day before departure, 130 euros per person for two nights. Unbelievable. Never again.

They’ve recently renovated the hotel and decorated it beautifully, with real attention to detail. Breakfast was excellent, and the welcome at reception was very friendly. If we pass through this way again, we’ll definitely stay here.

The hostess is exactly what the title suggests. She’s naturally kind and knows how to look after guests. Things like a welcome drink at check-in and an excellent breakfast make a good hotel for me. Most rooms have been renovated and are in good shape. If work brings me back to the area, I’ll stay here again.
