I came from Wolfenbuttel for a couple of nights. The staff were excellent and spoke English, which helped a lot. A nice place.

The hotel is only a five-minute walk from the market square. Our rooms were lovely, clean, and modern. It was really pleasant talking with the young man at reception and in the restaurant; he was caring and very nice. The woman who prepares breakfast and runs the restaurant in the morning was lovely too, and very friendly. There was a nice range of tasty breakfast options. We had a pleasant stay, it's our favourite, and we'll definitely come back.

The warm welcome at reception was what stayed with us most. The man there was genuinely kind and attentive, and it felt natural rather than put on. The restaurant was excellent, and we liked the drink selection, especially the fridge in the hallway. The whirlpool and sauna were great, and everything was spotless and hygienic. Our room also had a large smart TV with streaming services. The price felt completely fair for what we got. Everything worked for us, and we'd happily come back.
