Breakfast was delicious, and you can ask for a packed lunch too. The staff were really friendly, and the room was spacious, comfortable, very clean, and tastefully decorated. It’s a beautiful spot in a quiet area. You can hear neighbouring guests through the bedroom walls, though, as they’re a bit thin.

We could see cows right outside our window, with the hotel set among nature. The restaurant serves fresh-cooked veal and other meat that they butcher themselves, and it was fantastic. Our room was comfortable, with a nice, small modern bathroom.

We chose places away from the main roads on our 2240-mile trip this autumn, looking for comfort, friendly hosts, simple but good food, and fair value. This hotel ticked all those boxes. It was about 10 miles from the A3, but the drive was well worth it, and the welcome was wonderful. There’s no lift, though the hosts would do whatever they could to help if needed. Our second-floor room was nicely presented and very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well kept. We slept really well with no noise. Dinner was simple, and the veal steak was delicious and filling. The wine was good too, and the owners’ help and service are what make this place special. Our night’s stay came to 130.00 euros. We’d take this over a chain hotel any day, and we’re looking forward to coming back next year. Thanks to everyone at this lovely little place.
