Our three-year-old had a room of his own, and there were a few electrical sockets without child protection. The hosts didn’t have extra covers when we asked, but they knocked on our door the next day with some. We even got fresh towels after a few days. The hosts were really friendly, and we had a lovely stay in the clean Eibsee apartment. Everything was very nice, the kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were comfy. I’d give it 10 stars if I could, but 5 will have to do.

We were very comfortable here. The penthouse is spotless, with a lovely mountain view through the skylight and an idyllic setting. The bathroom has plenty of storage, and the kitchen is really well equipped. They even leave cleaning supplies so you can keep things tidy.

Even when it was hot outside, the apartment stayed nicely cool, which we especially appreciated. It's quiet but still close to Grainau's upper village square. Everything felt modern, clean, and carefully put together, and the kitchen made it easy to cook on holiday. The balcony is narrow, though it goes all the way around and has that regional style. We felt right at home.

We found the bread delivery really handy, and the landlords were so friendly that we'd happily return. The Frillensee apartment was clean and well equipped, with a nice balcony view. It's centrally placed for the town center but remains very quiet. Thanks for a lovely week.
