We had to arrive close to midnight, even though reception usually closes at 18:00, and someone was still there to welcome us and hand over the key. That was the best service I've had in years ☺️. The guest house is lovely too, with spacious, spotless rooms, big bathrooms, a large kitchen stocked with what you need, and comfortable beds. I honestly can't find anything wrong with the place.

We'd been stuck outside for an hour. The door was locked, no one answered the phone, and despite paying the full booking price we couldn't get into the room or even the rooms area. Truly awful service. Update: We eventually got in. Apparently the pension's instructions were meant to come by SMS, but never arrived. The rooms were pretty good, but I still stand by the one-star rating.
