We only stopped in for coffee and cake after a walk in the Grünwald, rather than staying here. The Bienenstich was very good, and on a sunny day the outdoor seating is beautiful. Everything was clean, and the staff were attentive and professional, which was the best part of the visit. The prices feel way out of proportion, though. A bottle of water costs 8 euros.

We had a nice evening watching a football match, and the service was great. I’d recommend the place for family gatherings or business meetings. One thing to keep in mind is that mobile reception was poor there, though it may have been my provider.

The surrounding nature is fantastic, and the food was amazing. We were there in a beautiful Christmas atmosphere, with very kind service. I can highly recommend stopping for a bite and then going for a walk.

The restaurant is excellent, with a lovely inner courtyard for dining. My room had just been renovated and was elegant, luxurious, and comfortable. The building is unique and picturesque, and the personal service was excellent, with authentic Bavarian hospitality. Highly recommended 👍

We’ve eaten here countless times and have never been disappointed. It’s a nicely done modern take on a traditional German Biergarten, with excellent food, a good atmosphere, and good service. There are weekend entertainers for kids and a deer park just outside. What’s not to like?
