If you’re after somewhere relaxing and quiet, away from the busy cities, this is the place. I really enjoyed my stay, especially the spacious restaurant downstairs and its very friendly staff. The food was 10 out of 10 for taste and presentation, with generous portions, and it was very clean and fresh. My room was tidy, very clean, and smelled amazing. I strongly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant. I posted some pictures of the food, room, and hotel.

It’s a guest house on the outskirts of Wuppertal.

It’s tucked away somewhere quiet and has free parking. The building feels a bit dated, but the rooms are decent. The price is affordable, though maybe still a little high for the quality. Management was terrible. They say payment in cash is required, but they accept cards too. The staff speak practically no English. When we arrived, a colleague’s room wasn’t available despite his confirmation. They first suggested another hotel, but since we were all travelling together, we insisted they find a solution. What they offered was an old, smelly storage room.
