The bed comfort was a 3.5/5 for me, and parking was difficult. Breakfast gets 4/5. It's a good hotel, though not the best, and still okay. Cleanliness was 4/5.

The rooms were cosy and clean, and the restaurant was a real highlight. The food was superb. It's also in a very convenient location.

That little suburb was so charming, with peaceful farmland all around and even the Alps visible in the distance. Getting around by public transport was easy for us: the bus stop was about a 10-minute walk away, and from there we could connect to the metro into Munich. We stayed four nights in November 2023 and loved it. The staff we met were all so kind, and forgiving of our poor German, haha. The room was stunning and cleaned spotlessly every day. The restaurant was amazing too. We liked it enough to go twice during our stay. At the time, Choice Hotels owned the property and it was a Quality Inn. It seems that has changed since then, and I can see why: it was far nicer than a Quality Inn. I really hope I can visit again.

Free parking and easy access from the motorway were handy. The place is reasonably priced, with nice rooms, a good breakfast and kind staff. It's on the outskirts of Munich, about a 20-30 minute walk from the subway. A good spot for a night or two.

The location was the issue for me. I thought it was central, but it's in a rural setting and a taxi from Munich station costs €50 or more. There are no refunds or cancellations. The hotel itself was pleasant, with a quiet, good-sized room and a tasty breakfast.
