The town is small and remote, but pretty, with several lovely mountain hiking options. The hotel isn't cheap, and children aren't allowed. Still, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and both breakfast and the four corners dinner are top quality. A very good hotel.

We had dinner outside the restaurant, and the food was excellent, as was breakfast. Our deluxe room was large, with twin beds beside each other, a small seating area, and the usual basics. It only had a shower. The views and surroundings were nice, with lots of local walks. I didn't try the pool or sauna. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it's a superb spa-style hotel.

I've stayed at Diedrich, I think, for the seventh or eighth time now. The wellness facilities are amazing, the food is excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The cooking gives traditional ingredients a modern twist. It's a beautiful, very modern family-run hotel that still has a cozy Sauerland style. Anything to improve? Nah, I've never seen anything. 👍🏻😁

The rooms were lovely, the food excellent, and the scenery beautiful. Staff were polite and attentive. The spa has a pool and several different saunas. Couldn't have asked for more.
