We asked to leave on the first day and get our money back, but only got a refund for the second day. The man answering the phone kept claiming another line was in use and hanging up. The rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, there were bugs getting in, and we found hairs on the bed. Street parking was a matter of luck. The entrance door was broken, and another guest and I were stuck outside until my wife came to let us in. The elevator was tiny, and the room light kept flickering. The phone service was no help either. A complete fiasco, maybe the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Avoid.

Nothing fancy, just a quite okay hotel. We stayed with two dogs and it was fine. The weather was warm, and our room was warm too 😎

The staff were friendly, and the 24-hour phone service was very helpful when the code for my original room didn’t work. They got me into another room. That bedroom was alright and had a modern touch, but the walls were dirty, with a squashed dead ladybug on one. The bathroom and shower were old and hadn’t been renovated. Checkout was at noon, but housekeeping dragged desks around in nearby rooms from 8:30 each morning, which was nerve-racking. On checkout morning, housekeeping knocked on my door three times, and so did the receptionist. Really annoying.

The connection is very bad overall, and it seems nobody is interested in improving the network. Room 03 has no WiFi at all, which is a huge minus. Everything else was okay, but the price is too high for what you get.

I stayed for one night two weeks ago while travelling to another holiday destination. The receptionist was also the cleaning lady, and she was rude and didn’t seem capable of doing the job. The room had no facilities. I can’t recommend it.
