Hapimag Resort Hamburg

The rooms are stylish and cozy, and the location is very central with good public transport connections. The concierge staff know their stuff, and you can get tickets for public travel, including group tickets for 3-5 people. There are also electronic food and drink bars in the entrance area for the night. A perfect hotel for a relaxed Hamburg stay.

The studio was a comfortable size, clean, and well equipped, and the staff were consistently helpful and friendly. We stayed four weeks as Hapimag members of 32 years. It's close to Hauptbahnhof, the S-bahn, and U-bahn, with a great airport connection and several very good supermarkets nearby. Hamburg kept us busy for the whole stay, and May worked well for the weather and lighter tourist crowds. My only issues were street noise coming through the windows and the main chair being so deep that it needed more pillows to sit comfortably.

We had a cooking facility in the room but only ate breakfast there, since Hamburg has so many good restaurants. The Nespresso machine in every room was a lovely touch. We stayed four nights in this quiet, excellent resort. The room had lots of space, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt well maintained, very clean, and high quality. The bathroom was nice and big enough for two. It's a short walk from the main station to places like Rathaus, Jungfernsteg, Speicherstadt, and the main shopping streets. Reception staff were very helpful with our questions, and we know where we'll stay when we're back in Hamburg.

Across Hapimag, the city locations are excellent, and this one stands out for its very friendly, helpful service. A great city stay.
