It’s about a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute bus ride to the station, then 20 minutes to Hamburg. We thought the location was reasonable. The rooms are high quality and good value. Don’t let the outside of the building put you off, it’s really nice inside.

Self check-in was a nice convenience. The room itself was a bit disappointing: the carpet was dirty with something that looked like blood or Bloody Mary, and the walls were so thin that people next door were loud until midnight. The bathroom was small, but alright.

For the price, this is an amazing hotel. The rooms are small units, but have what a business traveler or a couple needs. They offer a decent European breakfast. It’s easy to get to and travel from, with a bus stop outside and the train station two stops away.

This feels like a total rip-off. When you arrive, they may not give you the access code and may cancel your reservation, then prompt you to pay $50 for the cancellation. They don't answer phone calls, and there are no staff working at the location. Stay away from this place.

Clean hotel with pleasant staff and a fine breakfast. It matches a three-star rating.
