Novotel Hamburg Central Station

The gym was my favorite part, clean and well equipped for a hotel. Breakfast also had a nice range of food, so it didn’t feel like the same limited choice each day. The rooms were very clean, with tea and coffee restocked daily, and the bathroom was pleasant. Service was great, and the location made getting around easy, with the central station a two minute walk away and a tube stop right beside the hotel. I’d stay again if I needed to.

I only spent one night here, but had a really enjoyable stay. The room was laid out well, and the bedding, towels and toilet were all very clean. I appreciated the Rituals soaps and Nespresso machine, plus having an iron already in the room instead of needing to ask reception. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back in Hamburg.

The staff were attentive, helpful and professional, and everything was clean with a lovely atmosphere. I especially liked the stylish, modern interior, which still felt comfortable. The breakfast and bar area was such a cozy spot for coffee or a morning meal. Excellent service, and I’d highly recommend it.

I was reluctant to leave the room, and would happily come back. My standard double was clean and roomy, with decent storage and an extra sofa. The fridge was a good size, and having a Nespresso machine was a welcome bonus. Shops, cafés, a supermarket and the station are all close by. There’s a large reception area too, and a special mention to the blonde female manager who served me dinner a few minutes before last orders.
