Our room was small but charmingly decorated in a country style, very clean, and had everything we needed. The attached restaurant was cozy, the food delicious, and the service incredibly friendly and attentive. I'd highly recommend both the hotel and restaurant.

We stayed three nights in August 2024, and Room 12 was really dirty, with dust hanging from the ceiling. The shower drained very slowly and hadn't been cleaned at all. We're not fussy, but the place needs to be clean.

The young team was friendly and gave good advice, and the service was excellent. The food was excellent too, with genuinely good German dishes at a fair price. You can tell they take the business seriously, and this place deserves support.

The restaurant is worth a visit, with delicious food and good service close by. Finding the hotel entrance can be a little tricky, though. For one night, the hotel is doable, but don't expect much. The room was very rustic, the bathroom outdated, and there was a musty smell. The toilet paper holder and shower door were both broken.

We were absolutely thrilled by the friendly owners and the food, which was very, very good. It's a lovely old-fashioned German restaurant, complete with a large dance hall. You don't find traditional places like this everywhere.
