The breakfast was good, and the setting felt like pure nature. The hotel was clean, though pretty old, and our room didn't have a double bed for the two of us. We also couldn't lock the door from inside. Still, at €69 a night for two people with breakfast included, it was totally okay. The location was nice.

We headed into nearby Sittensen for shopping and lunch. The hotel itself was nice and quiet, with a good bed and a nice shower and toilet. Nothing fancy, but we enjoyed it.

It's in a quiet little village. The place felt a bit dated, and I had to phone someone to let me in.
