Neumühle Resort & Spa

The spa, fitness room, and little island with sun loungers by the river were such lovely extras. We had a fabulous five-night stay. The hotel and rooms felt cosy and quiet, and everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were splendid, especially the four-course menu we enjoyed each evening. The wines served with it were really tasty too. A big thank you to the whole team.

We wanted somewhere quiet in the countryside and close to my dad's house, and this place was just five minutes away. It also had rooms with a/c, which we needed. Our large, beautiful room looked out over the Saale river, and the window screens meant we could let in fresh air on cooler days. The bathroom was huge, with both a tub and a big walk-in shower. The property has loads of charm and character, easy parking, plenty of places to relax, and a great spa. We only booked breakfast since we expected to be on the road a lot. The selection fell a little short of what we'd hoped for, but we still had a great stay and will definitely be back.

The spa has a great range of saunas and places to relax, and we loved the restaurant too. They serve a different menu each day, with every dish made from fresh, high-quality ingredients. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff made the service feel personal and welcoming. We stayed in one of the resort's old buildings, beautifully renovated, with authentic details and lovely decor. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed. The whole stay was great, and we’d happily recommend Neumühle Resort & SPA for a peaceful, luxurious break in the German countryside. We'll be back.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Germany so far. It's quiet, romantic, and relaxing, and whenever I want a quick weekend away from Frankfurt, it comes to mind first. I love the spa and the place itself. The service, meals, breakfast through dinner, and activities are all great. I'm already planning to spend Christmas here with my loved ones!
