This felt like an emergency shelter, nothing more. The site promised “professional cleaning,” but the place couldn't possibly be described that way. I contacted the service on WhatsApp for a close friend. They came to look and admitted the rooms were in an unacceptable condition, then ignored me consistently. They read my messages and never replied. There was mold in the boiler (!) and on the windows, dust all over the cupboards, and big cobwebs. The front door keys and buttons were sticky. Cables hung loose from the wall, there was hair in a shared bathroom, and the mini-fridge, if it even deserves that name, still held another person's moldy food. The “service kit” was a joke. I can't recommend the hotel or the appalling service.
They told us at the property that our room had been cancelled a week before, but we never got any notice. After a long discussion, they still turned us away. I wouldn't recommend it.
There's a small room and a shared bathroom out in the hall. Fine for a concert night when all you need is a bed the next day, but not somewhere for a romantic getaway.
The room was clean and spacious, and getting to the city center and Linden was convenient. But it was unbelievably loud. You could hear the doors, coffee machine, kitchen, bathroom, shower, stairs, and tram. The walls are so thin they shake when the front door shuts. It's a converted commercial property, and it feels like trying to sleep in noisy offices. If sleep matters to you, stay elsewhere.
