Apartment H50

For the price, I expected better. Our place was the courtyard apartment, and while the kitchen and the downstairs toilet were fine, the rest had plenty of problems. Dust was everywhere, and the old furniture was dirty and uncomfortable. The sofa and floor cushions downstairs were stained and painfully hard. Upstairs, the stairs were so narrow they felt dangerous, so you had to watch every step. The old mattress was uncomfortable, and the pillows were paper-thin. At least the heating worked well, and the upstairs toilet was nice, though every drain was clogged.

Getting into the city center and onto the subway is incredibly easy from here. The rooms look modern, and the apartment has everything you need. The downside is the furniture: it feels cheaply made, with Ikea and Tedox pieces everywhere, and some of it already has defects.

The location makes getting around easy, with the city center close by and public transport readily accessible. Inside, the apartment feels almost new, is in excellent shape, and has all the necessary electronic devices.

Everything looked well kept, including the furniture, which seemed to be in very good condition. The apartment was also spotless, centrally located, and had a modern, well-equipped kitchen.
