Conzeptplus Bed and Breakfast

We've booked exhibition apartments through Conzept for years, with some good and some bad experiences along the way. This time, Conzeptplus really made up for the earlier disappointments and then some. They were flexible, helpful, and quick to answer our questions. When the accommodation provider cancelled two weeks before our trip, their positive attitude made finding another place, getting recommendations, and rebooking much easier and less stressful.

The apartment itself was great, but dealing with CONZEPTplus OHG was a mess. Most messages arrived three times, and since I thought they might contain different important information, I read every copy and wasted three times as long as necessary. Some of the emails also clearly referred to a different apartment, which caused confusion with the landlord.

I booked an apartment for Hannover Messe 2019, but the landlord who met me was completely drunk, and the place was dirty, indecent, and dangerous. I had to find somewhere else and spent two days in different hotels, adding extra costs. Even after I sent photos, conzeptplus ignored the apartment's condition and refused a full refund. They offered no relocation either, leaving me without a place just as the fair was about to start. This was a tragic experience, and I'll keep warning people about it.

The breakfast was delicious and full of flavor, and it was easy to take the metro to the Messe. Everything was very clean, and the hosts were really friendly.
