At nearly €200 a night, you'd expect the shower to have hot water. When I called about it, I was rudely told it wasn't their problem and that if I thought it was too expensive, I should stay in a youth hostel. Then they brazenly hung up on me. This rental company is ridiculously overpriced for what you get and completely unprofessional. Stay away from them.

After my car broke down on the way to the accommodation, I had to be towed home and couldn't reach the property. I'd booked through Booking.com after the heating had failed. I was left with costs of more than €600. I asked for a goodwill gesture, a partial refund, or a free stay at a later date, but they refused. Think carefully before booking with Euphoras, and consider getting cancellation insurance.

The apartment is nicely furnished and well connected to the city. The kitchen setup was a letdown, though: it had limited equipment, with smaller pots and a teapot missing. The coffee capsule machine may not suit everyone.

Fine for a brief stay, but it's a very old house that needs renovation. For parking, just take any space you can find.

The owner was really nice, and we had no trouble checking in late at short notice. Everything went well, and we'd gladly stay again :)
