Poor value for the price. It's very expensive.

We had a choice of three or four rooms, and the staff were really friendly and attentive. The place felt quite homely, and the neighborhood was so quiet that we were surprised, since we expected Hanover to be noisier. Great value for money! 😉 We're now 1000 kilometers north, by a Finnish lake! 😉 The photos, though, are from Hanover and nearby.

At "Finkenhof 6", the room was large and clean, and breakfast was tasty and plentiful. But on my own, I found it very lonely, almost like staying in a haunted house. I only saw a woman making breakfast in the morning. The TV kept getting static, and the fridge had everything I needed except the water shown on the price list. I wouldn't return, since I'd rather stay somewhere more central.

The breakfast is really, really good, and the place is cozy, lovely, and quiet. The staff are always kind, helpful, attentive, and friendly, so I feel completely at home here. Finkenhof is my favorite hotel. Thanks so much, and see you next time! Christiane

The guesthouse is furnished very nicely, and breakfast is adequate, though there's not enough fresh food for my taste. The rooms are so noisy that it gets annoying. Fine for a night or two.
