The staff service was amazing, and the bed was fairly comfortable. Breakfast was pretty basic. It was cheap, so I didn't expect much, and you get what you pay for with hotels. I'd stay again.

A kettle in the room would have been useful. Breakfast is available to buy each morning, and the free Wi-Fi was good enough for work. The hotel is inexpensive, very clean, and has comfortable beds plus a practical ensuite. It's only minutes from the main station and within walking distance of everywhere in central Hannover.

Ibis Budget feels like a budget hellhole dressed up as a hotel. These rooms are more like punishment cells from a cheap prison than accommodation. The so-called bathroom is painful to use, with plastic fiber. The AC doesn't work, and the sheets are full of rags.

The rooms are plain but adequate, and the location is excellent. The staff were amazing, especially Kate, who was so friendly and caring toward her clients. She pointed us to several restaurants, and they really were great. Thanks for looking after us for the week, Kate!

The receptionist wasn't friendly, and the sheets on the top bunk were dirty and stained. A sick child needed to have breakfast alone in the room, but they wouldn't allow it even after we explained. I'm sorry, but you'd be better off sleeping in your car.
