Leonardo Hotel Hannover Medical Park

The room was spacious compared with other hotels, probably because this is an older building, and the pool was a nice extra, though the water was very cold. The hotel looks better in photos, and it's a little dated, with only one USB charging point and few modern features. I booked because parking was available, but it costs 17 euros overnight in the hotel's garage. We were told street parking was free, but with foreign plates we didn't feel comfortable leaving the car there. I won't stay again.

The bedroom was dusty, including wine glasses with a visible layer of dust, though the well-used areas were clean. Still, the bed was so comfortable that I had one of my best hotel night's sleeps, and the staff were friendly and really helpful. The food was tasty and well prepared, even if there wasn't much choice. The gym was a nice extra. Very comfortable hotel overall, and I'd definitely recommend it and stay again. A taxi to or from the airport is about €62.

We stayed one night as a family of four with little kids. The area was nice and easy to reach, and the staff were kind. We arrived late and tired, though, then had to wait 20 minutes for our room card. Maybe the staff need to prioritize better.

During my recent business stay at Mercure medical park, the room was spacious, quiet, clean, and the property was comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast service stood out most. H.Gada was attentive, friendly, and kind, making sure we had what we needed with a smile.
