The people were friendly and the hotel had a nice atmosphere. I also really appreciated that it's pet friendly. Our room was clean, though the noise at night was a bit much. The hotel is near a tram stop and easy to find during the day, but reception isn't open in the afternoon. Breakfast stayed exactly the same for all 4 days, with no hot food, and didn't seem very suitable for vegans or people with a gluten allergy.

We couldn't get into our room when we arrived at 18:30 because the safe wouldn't provide the key. An automated message said it was unavailable. We called and were told we'd been rebooked, but after an hour there were still no further instructions. We'd booked with cancellation allowed until 18:00, and since we expected to arrive at 19:00, we'd informed the hotel. They confirmed a keycode would be provided, so we thought it was all fine. Parking is on the street and almost impossible after 18:00.

For the price, it's a decent hotel. It's clean, well connected to transport, and the staff are kind. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and breakfast was simple. The main downsides were the noise at night and the internet.

The breakfast was really nice, and the room was very clean and lovely. Don't let the outside appearance put you off. I would've given the last star too if there had been more staff.

We were there on a business trip and couldn't get into the hotel. There was no reception, and although the room keys were in a mailbox with a password, we never received the password. Nobody answered our calls.
