Motel 24h Hannover

“An okay place to sleep.” It's more convenient if you have a car, since the location is far from the center. Walking from the nearest tram stop takes at least 20 minutes, and it's a 30-minute walk from the shopping mall across from it. I felt safe opening the window and walking to the hotel alone. The room was large and had a window that opened. But there was a smell throughout the room and other areas, including the corridor and toilet. I'm not sure if it came from the floor mat or somewhere else. Because of the smell, I didn't use the shared bathroom to shower.

I wanted to use the service, but I noticed a suspicious man in the motel parking lot. He seemed to know the area and where he was going. At night, he walked between the cars and looked inside them, as though searching for something to steal while people were asleep.

I waited in my car for four hours for someone to arrive or answer the phone, but nobody did. The entry machine gave me a code for a room whose door had no keypad, and the machine was out of order. I did get a refund, but that night I felt scammed. The building smelled like a dog shelter, and while I spent about 30 minutes trying to find staff, I found a flea on myself. Watch out for bugs. The place felt creepy, with crackhouse vibes, and some rooms don't even have door handles. Stay away.

A great location, and it felt like a home away from home.
