The bed was cozy and the room was spacious, but the place didn't match what was shown. I booked expecting a working Jacuzzi tub based on the photos, but it didn't work. Holes in the tub weren't plugged, and when I tried to take a bath, dirt and bits of rubble came up through them. I had to use the showerhead to fill it, and even then it wasn't really possible to take a proper bath. Some of the lights above the tub were out, too. The chair nearly broke underneath me. I was also shocked when an outlet near the bed sparked as I plugged in my phone, and it shocked my hand. Please be careful. I think I should be reimbursed, especially for the electric shock and the broken tub. I'll contact them, and if they refund me, I'll take down this rating. Please let me know if that's possible; if not, I'll leave the rating up.

A friendly receptionist showed us to the clean, lovely apartment, and they had provided a baby bed for us. She even brought two extra rolls of toilet paper to the room. We had a really nice stay.

We'd happily stay here again if we're in the area. The hotel is in an upscale residential neighborhood, and the Greek restaurant next door is well worth a visit. Parking is limited, but the friendly receptionist immediately offered us her own space. Our room was clean and roomy enough for two adults and two kids. It came with a small fridge and kettle, though no coffee or tea. The bathroom was spacious and had a whirlpool tub, but we didn't try the whirlpool. The beds were softer than we like. They also provided a free cot with bedding, which you can't always count on.

The room stayed cold because the heater wasn't working, and the stone floor didn't warm up until morning. The stone hallways also made luggage noise carry into the rooms. On the plus side, I liked the room's design, kitchenette, closets, and curtains.

The tram stop is about a five-minute walk away and takes you straight into central Hanover, which worked well for a city trip. The place is well kept and the people are extremely friendly. When I realized I'd left my charger behind, they mailed it to my home. A great place for a weekend in Hanover, and definitely recommended.
