This place is in a socially disadvantaged neighborhood and doesn't really feel suitable for a holiday. It's increasingly rented out for short stays to immigrants, and sometimes to workers from foreign companies as well. Because of that, I'd recommend it only with reservations.

The apartment was decent for the price, but unfortunately there wasn't any Wi-Fi.
