The staff made this stay especially welcoming. Everyone at the front desk, breakfast, and lounge was genuinely kind, and Michael in the lounge deserves a special mention. Even with my limited German, I felt right at home. The fitness and wellness area is a major highlight for me: a full fitness park, with lots of strength equipment, plenty of cardio machines, proper locker rooms, and two saunas. I love sauna culture, so that made the visit memorable. The lounge also serves an actual dinner, which was ideal during my cold, dark January stay when I didn't feel like going out. The hotel dates back to 1904 and has a special history. It's next to an enormous, peaceful park, originally gifted to the city in 1317. The park is easy to get around and connects directly to Hannover's city center. I stay more than 70 nights a year around the world as a Titanium member and rarely write reviews, but this property deserves one. Thank you, Sheraton Hannover. A remarkable stay.

The tram stop is only a three-minute walk away, so getting downtown is easy, even though the hotel is a little outside the city centre. There's also a lovely forest nearby for a run or a quiet walk. My room was cosy, clean, and well maintained, with a spacious bathroom and excellent water pressure. I especially liked having a Nespresso machine, with capsules replenished daily. The hotel is comfortable and very nice, and breakfast had a good range of choices for different tastes.

They upgraded us to a suite, and the front desk service was enthusiastic and professional. The room was large, perhaps with ceilings over 3 meters high, though it felt a little empty. Overall, I had a very good impression.

Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is lovely, with rooms that are a bit small but clean and comfortable. It's somewhat far from the city centre, though the tram stop is close, about a 4-5 minute walk. Paid parking is available for €19 per day.

The historical setting gives the place a special atmosphere, and the bed materials were comfortable. Everything was very clean. The staff were happy and friendly, especially in the restaurant, club lounge, and at reception. I'd definitely visit again. Thanks to everyone at Sheraton Hannover, two thumbs up 👍
