Townhome Hotels

The rooms were clean and the location was excellent. What really stood out, though, was how Ms. Garcia handled my changing plans. She was helpful and flexible when I needed to extend my stay, then leave earlier. Canceling the last few days was quick and simple. I’d gladly return and recommend the accommodation. Many thanks to Ms. Garcia for being so friendly and helpful.

After a few phone calls, we were moved to a new room fairly quickly, luckily. Our experience was mixed because both double rooms we’d booked were still dirty when we arrived late in the afternoon. They looked like the previous guests had just left: unmade beds, old towels, dirty floors, and so on.

The location is fantastic, but the rest of the stay was forgettable. We paid €255 for the studio, broken down as €205 for the room, €25 for early check-in, and €15 for underground parking. The interior may be modern in theory, but our room was very dirty. After we complained, it got only a superficial clean. Someone was always reachable by phone, yet the hotel didn’t seem interested in making things right with a proper deep clean or a discount. They did offer to let us cancel and find somewhere else. Never again.

We were very happy with the stay. The rooms are attractive and well equipped, with a kitchenette that has a large fridge, cooktop, pots and pans, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and more. Underground parking is available.
