The bathrooms looked like they were from the 1980s, and there was no parking, service, or elevator. It was self check-in only. We stayed here quite a while ago and the hotel has changed completely. Never again. Absolutely unacceptable.

The rooms were comfortable and nice, but the price was about what you'd pay for a four-star hotel downtown. Getting into the city took a long time, and there aren't any tram stops close by. Service was the biggest problem: only one receptionist was kind. Another got angry when we asked her to help us get a cab. I didn't like the hotel much.

The place feels like it's been held together with gum and hope. The heating hissed, the shower fittings were loose and shaky, and the carpet looked cheesy. It all needs maintenance. A proper refurbishment, with a few people and their tools, could make it fine, but right now everything seems broken.

I've been a few times and the food and cocktails have never let me down. It's a modern Italian restaurant, and the English-speaking service is really friendly. Highly recommended!

They seem to be aiming for shabby chic, but it just feels shabby. The lighting was poor, and there wasn't a power outlet in the bathroom or an iron. It cost over 350 euros. Pretty poor.
