The hotel module we stayed in was carefully prepared, and the staff were wonderful. They quickly sorted out all our requests. The food deserves a special mention, it was tasty and delicious. The hotel is barely a two-minute walk from a lake and very close to the woods. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Everything tasted just as it should, hearty and comforting, and the food and drinks arrived with impressive German punctuality. The people here take “proper” very seriously. The service is so genuinely welcoming you start wondering if they’ve mistaken you for a regular. It’s a charming spot with real character. Raise a “Prost!” and you might already be thinking about coming back before you’ve finished your plate.

Dinner was delicious, and the portions were generous enough that we could even have had seconds. The owner’s wife was incredibly kind and attentive. When I briefly mentioned our wedding anniversary while booking, our table was decorated with hearts, and she congratulated us right away. The owner gave us a very friendly welcome, and we immediately felt at home. We stayed one night at the guesthouse and highly recommend it. Breakfast was very good too. All in all, a wonderful evening and stay. We’d gladly book this guesthouse again.
