We spent Christmas in a lovely holiday apartment at the "Alter Kornspeicher" Havelberg. It was modern, clean, and had a great view. The only issue was the coffee machine, which worked poorly or not at all. Otherwise, I’d definitely recommend it.

The key safe made getting in and leaving really easy, and we had no complaints about the furnishings or cleanliness. Our room in the "holiday apartment" had a kitchenette and a lovely view over the Havel River and the restaurant ship. We stayed one night. The only downside was the bed: it was quite soft, and the double bed had two mattresses, so cuddling as a couple was pretty uncomfortable. 😁

The listing gives misleading information. There’s no sauna, despite it being advertised, and the kitchen has no oven or microwave.

We were four people in apartment number 6, and it was spacious, beautiful, modern, and very clean. The beds were super comfortable, and picking up and returning the keys through the key safes was hassle-free. Just a couple of suggestions, not complaints: some storage in the bedrooms would be useful, and the armchairs could be more comfortable. Thanks from the four of us from Berlin.
