Geesthof Hechthausen

We felt right at home at Geesthof and are already hoping to get a permanent pitch there soon. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, and you can see how much care they put into the place. The grounds were tidy and the restrooms clean and well kept. We brought our caravan for a few lovely days again, and our daughter especially loved riding the horses and seeing how well cared for they are. A great spot for families, campers, and horse lovers! 🌸🐴

We always feel comfortable at Geesthof, and we've become regulars. We spent our autumn holiday here in 2025, surrounded by lovely nature. There's plenty to do for adults and kids, from fishing, horseback riding, and the pool and sauna to playgrounds, pedal cars, table tennis, a football pitch, campfires, a water park tour, and more. The team is consistently friendly and helpful.

We feel welcome as soon as we pull into the parking lot, and the relaxing mood starts right away. We've visited four times now and have loved it every time. Such a wonderful atmosphere. We'll definitely return!

It's especially nice for kids, with the pool, bouncy castle, and horses. A few of the mares could be friendlier, though. Everyone else was very nice, both at reception and in the restaurant. This was my second visit to Geesthof, and we'd be happy to come back again! 🤗
