After we couldn't find a table at any restaurant on December 12th, we came here and got excellent service. The pizza was especially delicious, and everyone was competent and very friendly. We'll definitely be back! 😊

The atmosphere was great, and the staff were really friendly. We enjoyed both the fantastic pizzas and the tasty German dishes.

That fireplace in the restaurant was just what I needed after a cold winter day in Seiffen. The dining room felt romantic, with Christmas decorations and festively decorated tables. The food was beautifully presented and superbly prepared, and the service was incredibly friendly. It's a very cozy country hotel with a restaurant.

The wait was nearly an hour and a half, and we had to ask several times before our drinks arrived. We'd booked ahead as a group, and pizza was the only option, which would've been fine if it had been good. It was soggy, barely seasoned, and not piping hot. A real shame. Maybe this was just a fluke and the restaurant usually does better, but it was a disappointing experience for us, and we won't return.

We felt comfortable and secure throughout our stay, and the service from Tilo, Claudi, Kay, and the rest of the staff was more than perfect, so thanks again. The room was nice, spacious, and clean. Breakfast had a very wide selection, and dinner was excellent, delicious, and served in superb portions. It's a shame the rating stops at 5 stars, because this place deserves more. We'll definitely be back!
