Gruner Kranz really felt like a second home during the five weeks I stayed there. The Pfiffner's looked after us so well and helped in every way they could, even on our last day when it was raining heavily. I wish every hotel in Germany treated its guests the way they do. Thank you for caring so much. This was the best hotel I stayed at in Germany, and the best hosts. A million stars if I could give them.

Good value for the price, and the staff were so accommodating. Breakfast came with lots of choices.

I’ve stayed here twice on separate trips. It’s a basic place with very nice people and reasonable prices.
