The surroundings are great, but they couldn't make up for the apartment's problems. It's only equipped with the basics. The carpet is stained and old, and the bathroom feels ancient. The bedroom is so cramped it feels like a storage closet, barely enough room to breathe. The balcony could be lovely, but first you have to clear away cobwebs, and the bare concrete floor makes it feel like a construction site. An outdoor rug would help a lot and can't cost much. The plastic chairs have no padding, either. Inside, there's no lamp by the couch, just the overhead light, so sitting there in the evening feels like waiting at a train station. The coffee maker, dishes, and cutlery were grimy and needed washing. The Wi-Fi is unsecured, which really isn't acceptable these days. Without the great location, this would have been a one-star stay.

The location right by the sea is fantastic. We haven't been here before, and the apartment works perfectly well, though style is a matter of taste. I do wish it had a few more modern touches. The Wi-Fi is a disaster, constantly cutting out, which gets really annoying when you're trying to stream a series in the evening.

We loved our family stay and will definitely return. The beach is right there, so the location is perfect. Our rooms were clean, roomy, and really comfortable.

We were very happy with our six days in Apartment 23 and would book it again anytime. It feels new and modern, with a nautical look, and everything was spotless and high-quality. The Baltic Sea and promenade views are beautiful. Shops, bars, restaurants, and a bakery with fresh rolls each morning are just a few minutes away on foot. There are lovely bike paths nearby too, which made for a perfect holiday for us.
