The lake view is beautiful, and the apartment is comfortable in a very peaceful location. The house feels secure, with upper floors accessible only by key through either the elevator or stairs. Behind it there's a large loggia with a lawn, plus benches, tables, and a ping-pong table. Near the beach are barbecue areas and spaces for volleyball, soccer, slacklines, and more. The private beach is about a three-minute walk away, while the main beach takes around 15 minutes. The balcony looks over the lake, and the house is between the lake and sea. The kitchen and living room are well maintained and very well equipped, and the bathroom is very clean. The bedrooms are clean but tiny and stuffy. The children's room has a window into the bedroom, but no separate window for fresh air, which also leaves little privacy. The bedroom can't be properly darkened, as the simple slatted blinds let in plenty of light. Strong sun also makes the living room very warm. There were only two of us, and we had to open the main bedroom window at night. It stayed very quiet, and we could even hear birds chirping early in the morning :-) If it weren't so hot outside and the bedroom could be darkened properly, I'd come back. With two more people, I think the limited space, poor air, and lack of privacy in the children's room would be a problem, since the windows into the main bedroom would need to stay open. The location is excellent if you want peace and quiet.
