That laid-back surfer and skater feel made it easy to relax, and the beach access was amazing. It was also very family-friendly. Every staff member we dealt with, from the room cleaners and check-in team to the paddle board rentals and restaurant crew, went above and beyond.

We had a spacious corner room, with a comfortable bed and a clean, practical bathroom. Breakfast was a good buffet, including lactose-free food and drinks. The hotel has a quirky feel, the location is nice, and the staff were friendly.

I was here for four nights for a seminar, and had a fantastic stay. The atmosphere is casual and feels more like home than a standard business hotel, which suits me well. The rooms are compact, with really cool interior design. The staff were friendly and helpful, and service was excellent. Both the "Strandschuppen" and "Spelunke" had tasty, affordable food and drinks. I'll definitely come back sometime.

The thing that needs attention is the room cleaning. There was a lot of dust around the bed and spiderwebs all over the room. It looked like they'd been there for weeks, so that should be improved. I do like the idea of only cleaning rooms when guests ask for it. I enjoyed the regional food, and the team at the Spelunke, Rollo & Kimmi, were great. The service came with a good sense of humor, and they made me feel welcome during the many dinners I had there. Felix was always friendly to talk with and very supportive with ideas. Thanks to Valentin and Karl too, they did a good job. Next time I'll try SUP! :) The hotel has a cool design throughout. Check-in was smooth and friendly, with a warm welcome. I liked the style and comfort of the Loft room, and the sea view was stunning. Breakfast was a nice experience, with everything needed for a good start and especially really nice coffee.
