We slept really well in our comfortable, roomy comfort room, even though it faced a main road. It stayed quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. The welcome was warm, and we were well looked after the whole time. Breakfast was generous, with something for everyone. Several good restaurants are an easy walk away. In January we didn't need reservations, though Käppen Plambeck and Anno 1800 are worth booking ahead. The hotel is cozy and centrally located. Thanks for a lovely stay, we'll definitely return to Heiligenhafen!

The owners and staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean, with a modern little bathroom, and breakfast was very good. It's a lovely small hotel in a central spot. Highly recommended.
