Gasthaus Pension Zum Kaiserwirt

A great family-run business with superior service. They cleaned our room daily, even when many hotels were using Covid to cut back on services. The location is convenient, just 1.2 km from B3, with equal access to Heppenhien and Manheim, and a short walk to views that take your breath away!

The rooms are clean, the staff friendly, and there's ample parking. Breakfast is nice and typically German, with meat, bread, coffee, juice and a boiled egg. The internet, though, leaves a lot to be desired. I mentioned the weak wi-fi signal to the owner, who said he'd look into it. The owner said the bar is closed. They sell bottles of beer, but that's all. If you're arriving after 6:00 pm, you might want to stop at the REWE supermarket on Tiergartenstraße in Heppenheim, about 7.4 kilometers away. It has a nice selection of beer, wine and snacks, and you can pick something up to eat.

We spent three nights there during the Automechanika tradeshow in Frankfurt and had a really good stay. The food was fantastic, and the hosts were great. It was a lovely place to unwind and spend some quality time. We’d definitely like to come back.

The place was very nice, but the stove unfortunately didn’t work. That matters in winter. It was my only complaint.
