The apartment had useful appliances, including an oven and stove, which made a holiday with the children more comfortable. The other services offered there were quite good too. Since we were two mothers with three children, we chose a three-room apartment, but the sofas outside the bedroom that were shown as beds were very poor. I can say I didn't sleep well at all. If you're driving, free parking is available in the dark pink rectangles on the sidewalks along the street. There are also many markets very close by.

We arrived two days ago, and the apartment is huge for our family of six. For the price, it was good. The reception ladies have honestly been the best part so far, very helpful and friendly. The ladies in the sports shop next door were nice and helpful too. We came just for Europa Park and packed light with carry-ons, but there's no elevator in the building. The park is 10 minutes away, and I'd recommend having your own car because taxis are really expensive. The WiFi was good. We had an issue with the toilet and didn't use any of them, but it seemed like pretty much everything was there. Overall, it's a very good place for a short trip, especially if you're going to the park.

The spacious loft was a lovely surprise, since we were given a free upgrade. They were very customer-focused.

There is parking on site, which is useful, though getting in and out of the car elevator is extremely tight and tricky. The apartments themselves have good equipment and enough space. They are packed quite close together, so I can imagine the courtyard getting very noisy when it's busy.
