Our apartment right by the pier had plenty going for it. There was a pizzeria downstairs, so I worried it might be noisy, but we weren't disappointed. We could get fresh rolls quickly in the morning, reach the beach in no time, and listen to music from the spa park on our balcony. Everything we could need was in the apartment, especially in the kitchen: stove, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, plenty of pots and pans, and more. The beds were comfortable and came with several types of pillows. The place was very clean, and reception welcomed us warmly. The washing machine and dryer in the basement were free to use. One thing for future guests: during hot weather it may get warm inside. There's no cross ventilation, since the windows are on one side and the entrance opens onto the shopping arcade, and there's no air conditioning. It was cool while we were there, so it wasn't a problem for us.

Even in the off-season, we always have a wonderful long weekend in Heringsdorf. The apartment and the beautiful location have never given us anything to complain about. We highly recommend "Kaiservillen".

The apartment had all the essentials and the service was great. Its best feature is the location: right by the beach promenade, with everything easy to reach on foot.

The location makes this a great spot for a Baltic Sea break in any season. Apartment 212 is our favorite: modern and in good shape, with a TV in both bedrooms. There's a sea view, a big balcony facing the beach promenade, and a modern kitchen with all the essentials. The bathroom is lovely and spacious, with a bathtub. From the gate, the beach is no more than about 200 meters along the promenade, and the pier, bakeries, and restaurants are all close enough to walk to. The reception staff are friendly and focused on helping guests. The only slight inconvenience is that the parking garage is a few minutes away on foot, but given the parking situation in town, I don't find that a big issue.

Apartment 213 worked really well for our long weekend. It has two bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway, and balcony, and was comfortably furnished with everything needed for day-to-day life. We ate breakfast outside every morning at the balcony table, which had four chairs and cushions. The gardens were well cared for, and the sea, pier, and promenade were all very close. We arrived, picked up the key and parking permit, then unpacked and started our holiday. The garage is a bit far away, and parking cost us €10 a day. We'd love to come back.
