The apartment’s kitchen is well stocked, with dishes and cutlery, a fridge and stove, baking paper, pots and pans. The bathroom is in very good shape, and the basic furnishings are adequate, though nothing special. Our living room had a faint cigarette smell, unfortunately. The place is still conveniently situated, near plenty of restaurants and places to relax. It’s at Strandstraße 18, about 100 metres farther from the beach than the old location marked on Google Maps. I suggested Google correct the pin. At €105 a night for two nights at the end of June 2017, I found the price a little high.

The place was spotless and looked well cared for. The bathroom was especially reassuring, no mold, and the shower silicone was clean, so it felt hygienic. There was enough room for two and the amenities covered everything we needed. We’d book with the Pank family again without hesitation. Wi-Fi could be added, but we didn’t consider it important. High praise from us.

Our roughly 40-square-metre holiday apartment was top-notch, and the landlord was friendly. Heringsdorf’s beach is close, with shops and restaurants nearby too.

It’s just a three-minute walk to the beach, and the accommodation has everything you need. A great place to stay.
