The dog beach is right at the access point, though I can’t remember if the description mentioned that. It’s still a clean, sandy beach. We had a partial sea view from the balcony, with morning sun, and our swimwear dried by the next day. The apartment was lovely, very clean and better kept than some hotels, with excellent equipment. Collecting the keys was easy and we could even pick them up before the official arrival time. I’ve never been good at parking, and the spaces were narrow. After some maneuvering, even I managed to get my station wagon in. Since everything is easy to reach on foot or by bike, I left it parked for the rest of the holiday.

The sea looks lovely in the morning and again in the evening. This clean, pleasant apartment is less than 100 meters from the beach. It has one bedroom, a tidy kitchen and a clean bathroom with a shower. The bed folds away into a sort of cupboard. Highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻

Great location, with direct access to the dog beach, though you’ll need to walk a few meters farther if that’s not for you. The apartment has everything needed and is perfectly comfortable for two, even on a longer stay. The walls could do with fresh paint, but we were really only there to sleep.

Maja Usedom is a very good, reputable booking agency, and the apartments range from average to very good. The property sits right behind the promenade on the waterfront between Bansin and Heringsdorf, with easy access and plenty of parking. In peak season, I’d pick an apartment on the side of the building for more quiet. The ones facing the sea and promenade are noisier.
