We had a perfect weekend with friends, two adults and one child, and would love to come back. The apartment was spotless, well kept, and freshly renovated in 2024, with modern, stylish furnishings and lots of thoughtful details. It has everything you could want, especially in the kitchen. The beach is right there, and from its spot between Heringsdorf and Bansin, both seaside resorts are easy to explore on foot. Along with the main bathroom, there's a guest toilet with a washbasin. It's a maisonette, so unfortunately it won't suit anyone with limited mobility.

My parents stayed here for a week last autumn and found the nearby stop for the free resort bus really handy. Just a few meters away, it made getting around easier. They liked having the landlady’s folder of tips on restaurants and excursions to help plan a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday. After bike rides and day trips, they were glad to come back to the well-equipped, tastefully furnished apartment right on the beach promenade.
