A really nice place to stay, with everything provided and everything very clean. Shops and the beach are easy to reach on foot.

The bicycle storage room is much too small, and the underground garage is tight, though it's understandable that cars have grown since it was designed two or three decades ago. The building isn't right on the promenade, but being close to the pier makes its location appealing. Wheelchair users should know the main entrance has stairs. There is a large enough elevator, and it can be reached from the underground garage, at least by wheelchair users who can propel themselves.

It's clean and spacious, and the dining area and adjoining charming balcony both look out over the Baltic Sea. Time spent here will make a lovely memory.

We were unsure about staying in an apartment building after only having rented holiday homes, and worried the neighbors might feel strange. But Apartment 14 turned out to be a pleasant surprise. It was clean when we arrived, and the stay was made even better by the accommodation. The 65-square-meter apartment has a living room, a lovely integrated kitchen, a balcony, a shower bathroom, and two bedrooms, each with a huge box-spring bed. The pillows were incredibly comfortable, and we slept like we were on cloud nine. There’s an elevator and underground parking, though the garage felt very cramped. We could see a little of the Baltic Sea from the balcony, and everything was close enough to walk to. The bakery, pier, and beach are about 50 meters away. The refrigerator smelled of old fish at first, but after I tracked down the source, likely something that had leaked under the white trim, the problem was quickly sorted out. It had been cleaned, which was clear.
