The Wi-Fi was fast enough, and the beach is only a three or four minute walk away. A bakery is five minutes off, and a large Rewe supermarket takes about ten minutes to reach. The location is quiet, and apartment 5 at Haus Sanke was spotless when I arrived. I stayed there for a week in Ahlbeck in 2020. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom looked modern, as if it had just been renovated. The apartment is small, and the sloping roof and window position mean the view isn't much. If a nice view matters to you, this one probably won't suit. I'd stay at Haus Sanke again, but choose another apartment next time, perhaps number 6 with its glass-enclosed balcony facing the sea. I don't know whether you can actually see the sea from there.

There's a parking space right at the house, and the beach is about 150 meters away, just behind the promenade. Apartment 2 on the ground floor has free Wi-Fi, a lovely balcony and comfortable, tasteful furnishings. We especially liked the attractive kitchen. We'd gladly return.

The building is very well kept, and parking is available there. Each apartment belongs to a different owner, and the location is excellent. The outdoor area feels a bit unimaginative. There's unfortunately no secure place to store bicycles and bike racks.

Everything was great: the apartment was tidy and very clean, with parking right in front of the house. It's only 150 meters from the beach. I'd happily stay again.
